Success rates play a major part in helping many patients choose which clinic to attend. We strongly encourage all patients to review success rates before choosing their clinic.

Additional information about the clinic can be found on the HFEA website.

HFEA reported rates

The Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA) publish success rates for every licensed clinic in the UK, usually every six months of the year. They show the number of treatments cycles carried out in a particular year, they also show the number of clinical pregnancies and live births.

It is important to recognise that success rates have their limitations and a number of things can affect your success rates, including

  • the reason for infertility
  • the type of treatments available at the clinic
  • the expertise of the clinic staff
  • the clinic’s treatment practices
