Paul graduated from UCL in 2000 completed his postgraduate training in London and the Oxford Deanery. He is a Consultant Urologist and Andrologist, based at the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading. He also holds an Honorary Consultant Post at UCLH.
He has extensive experience in the management of urogenital disorders, including erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease, and urethral strictures. He has a keen interest in male factor infertility and has trained under the mentorship of Asif Muneer at UCLH in the techniques of Micro- TESE (testicular sperm extraction) and vasectomy reversal.
Paul has a kind and understanding attitude to his patients and will provide the comprehensive approach that men experiencing fertility problems both deserve and require.

If Mr Hadway recommends surgical intervention this can be arranged with him at either the local NHS or Berkshire Independent Hospital and in the instance that embryological assistance is required for surgical sperm retrievals our team accompany Mr Hadway in theatre to do this.
